Executive Director Job Description

Summary

The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Northeastern Wisconsin

(NEW) Lutheran High School and, as such, is the leader of the organization and its primary

public representative. The Executive Director is responsible for the strategic direction,

general supervision, and control of the high school, including but not limited to the spiritual,

academic, financial, and administrative dimensions. The Executive Director will articulate,

implement, and exemplify the mission, vision, and core values of the NEW Lutheran High

while being responsible for the overall operations and functions of the school.
